Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will be shipped within 1- 3 business days after payment is received. Items will generally be shipped with Canada Post standard shipping methods unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for special shipping requests such as shipping with UPS, Fedex, or express shipping with Canada Post. We are also happy to get personalized shipping quotes for orders that may ship for less than our flat rate fee. If you need your order shipped or delivered by a specific day please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your requests.
We offer Canada wide shipping at a flat rate of $15. All packages within Canada will have a tracking number. Orders over $175 ship for free within Canada.
U.S.A. - Flat rate shipping of $30, tracked service. Untracked services available by request. We know this can be cheaper option, so we are happy to offer this to our clients who wish to save on shipping.
International shipping available. Please use the form on the "Contact Us" page to inquire for a personalized shipping quote. We can usually have these requests back to you within 48 hours, often times much sooner!

Should any of these instances occur, we will do our very best to recoup the cost of the product to you via postal insurance in order to either refund you the purchase price, or send a replacement product but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If your order has been sent in a box, you'll probably notice that the box looks reused! That's because, usually, it is. While they might not always be perfect or may be branded with another company's marketing, we believe this is a great solution to keep shipping costs down for you, the customer, as well as reduce our footprint on the environment! (A win situation for everyone!)
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for in-store credit only. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning your items. Items must be returned in clean, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, with all labels attached. The customer will be responsible for any and all costs associated with returning items (this includes, but is not limited to, purchasing packaging for the return, purchasing postage for the return). The customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the dispatch of products used with in-store credit should the credit not cover shipping costs. Northern Lights Equestrian Boutique reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit. Purchasing postal insurance and tracking for returns is recommended as Northern Lights Equestrian Boutique cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Northern Lights Equestrian Boutique does not take responsibility for items appearing a different colour hue in "real life" compared to the appearance on your computer screen. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of items on our website, colour can appear different on a computer screen compared to the "real life" colour. As well, manufacturer photographs can occasionally show different hues than "real life" colours. Any costs of returning items for this reason will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
